ALL ABOUT ANNOUNCEMENT TEXT 

Okay, what is announcement text? The announcement is a statement that contains information about events or events that will occur for the general public to know. The announcement is made with the aim of announcing important information that must be known by many people.

The types of the announcement text are 

1. Public service announcements
2. High school graduation announcements
3. Job announcements
4. Promotion announcements
5. Marriage and wedding announcements

The social function of the announcement text is 

Build emotional closeness between relatives, co-workers, office staff, entrepreneurs and customers, etc. by writing announcements about important events, such as births, marriages, graduations, moving to new buildings, etc.

Plus, the language feature of the announcement text is

- Expressions and vocabulary are commonly used in announcements.

- The use of singular and plural nominals precisely with or without a, the, this,

those, my, their, etc. in nominal phrases.

- The use of verbs accurately in active and passive forms.

- Proper use of prepositions for place and time.

- Spelling, punctuation, and handwriting

And, the structure of the announcement text is

Opening, Content, and Closing. Also contains the main idea and detailed information.
